Navigation offers in-depth guidance before, during and /or after your experience with integrated holistic medicine at IMC. Initial Intake Guidance is free. When YOU choose, in depth Navigation can be done by phone or in person at the clinic.

During a Navigation session - the Navigator

Reviews your health history, your interest in various modalities and approaches to care, and your health goals and experience.

Provides education and resources on different modalities and practitioners of integrated care.

Supports, explains  and helps to communicate and coordinate with your health practitioners – whether at IMC or elsewhere.

In a Patient Care Conference is a key spokesperson for your goals.

Costs:

Initial Navigation session  $75 – usually about an hour, can be by phone.

Follow up sessions  $45.
